Payment Methods

Equi-Fashion accepts payments through PayPal which allows you to use your Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover card, even if you don't have a PayPal account. Through PayPal we can also accept eChecks, bank transfers, and of course PayPal accounts.

Returns and Exchanges

If a product arrives damaged, please call us immediately and we will gladly return or exchange the damaged goods within 10 days of your receipt of purchase.

Refunds and/or exchanges are provided for products returned in new and unused condition with tags attached within 10 days of receipt. You must contact us via email or phone within 10 days of receipt for a return authorization number. Full credit for the returned item(s) will be issued for unopened and undamaged merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of purchase. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we have received the returned merchandise full credit will be issued for unused items within 7 days of our receipt of your package. You will receive an email alerting you that a credit has been issued to your card. Please be advised that purchases made at the Equi-Fashion mobile boutique are subject to different product return policies. For more information please call us.

Shipping

At Equi-Fashion.com we have a flat rate of $6.00 for shipping anywhere within the Continental US. Please call us or email us for international shipping rates.

Sales Tax

We are required to collect sales tax on all orders being shipped to customers in the state of California. Sales tax is 9.25% for those residing in California.

Policies for Browbands

Equi-Fashion is proud to partner with Custom Equine Works to offer beautifully designed custom browbands. Each browband and stockpin is individually handcrafted with Swarovski crystals and/or semi-precious stones which come in many colors, sizes and shapes. Also used are 14k gold plated beads as well as 18k and 24k gold plated Vermeil beads (a sterling silver bead that has been gold plated)to accent the crystal design.

All browbands are made with black leather browbands unless you specify otherwise. Standard sizing for your browband is Cob (15.5 inches), Full (16.25inches) and Oversize (17 inches). If you would like to customize your size, add end loops for a double bridle or change the color of either beads or leather please check ‘Custom’ when checking out as there is a $10 charge for additional customization. Matching stockpins are also available for $30.

Once we receive your order we will contact you. All browbands have a $8.95 shipping fee anywhere in the US. Please call us for international ship rates. Please note that because each piece is a custom work browbands are non-returnable.
